Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BookedChair service operated by Shochoh LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our service — whether as a salon professional subscribing to our platform or as a client interacting with our AI booking assistant — you agree to these terms.
Service Description
BookedChair provides an AI-powered phone and text messaging assistant that helps hair stylists and salon professionals manage incoming booking inquiries. Our service answers calls, qualifies clients, and sends booking and deposit links via SMS on behalf of the stylist.
Text Messaging Terms
Program Name: BookedChair Booking Assistant
Message Frequency: Up to 3 messages per booking interaction
Message Types: Booking links, deposit payment links, appointment confirmations
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe
Help: Reply HELP for assistance
Message and data rates may apply.
By calling a BookedChair-enabled phone number, you consent to receiving transactional text messages related to your booking request. These messages are not promotional and are sent solely to fulfill your booking inquiry.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For support, contact us at [email protected] or call (904) 650-0768.
For Salon Professionals
As a subscribing stylist, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business and service information for your AI assistant
- Maintain an active payment method for your subscription
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding your services and business operations
- Not use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
Subscription and Billing
BookedChair subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
Payment Processing
Deposit payments collected from clients are processed through Square and deposited directly into the stylist's Square account. BookedChair does not hold or process client deposit funds. All payment processing is subject to Square's terms of service.
Limitation of Liability
BookedChair is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed calls, undelivered messages, scheduling conflicts, or any damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding month.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the BookedChair platform are owned by Shochoh LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
